Please join us for a virtual 2-day summit on Addressing Suspensions and Expulsions in Early Childhood: A Collective Approach Towards Equity and Justice. This summit will bring together North Carolina leaders, policy makers, early educators, parents and higher education to work towards a collaborative vision, mission, and plan of action for addressing disproportionalities in suspensions and expulsions for young Black children.

This event is sponsored by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in collaboration with the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project, Educational Equity Institute, National Black Child Development Institute, and the Jordan Institute for Families at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Social Work.
