Join us for a conversation about the challenges families who have children with special health care needs or disabilities face while navigating the decision of when and how to safely transition family members from staying at home to re-entering our community. Discuss how to live with the uncertainty when there are no clear answers. What to consider as you weigh the risks for your family. How to confidently share your decisions with others.

Facilitated by Nancy Micca, Executive Director of FSNCC
